Ten EASY Steps To Start Getting Organized

Do you constantly read articles about organizing and they have the same words for helping you get organized; only they are just rearranged?

Try some easy ways to accomplish the job and reduce the stress.

Life should be simple and enjoyable, but with all of the demands going on in our lives on a day to day basis, it is hard just trying to keep up.

We should be able to have a home that is a refuge, one that tells us 'welcome home' when we walk in the door. You can do this and keep it up and still have time for those fun things in life.

Learn how to do it The Easy Way!!!

Getting Started :

1. Look at the all-over picture of your home or hire a professional organizer.
Go through every room and decide what it is that you want to do with that room and write it down.

2. See if you can find any hidden storage areas in your room.
Decide if you want to add another shelf in the closet, use the storage space on the inside of a door, maybe use under the bed storage.

3. Choose organizing products you like and that make you feel good.
Do you want to use Rubbermaid or are the items in a hidden area where a cardboard box will do.
Using things that you like (color, size, clear vs.color) will give you a better feeling of a job-well-done.

4. Consider daily activities and routines in your home.
Place items where they are going to do you the most good. Something that you use on a daily basis should not be on a high shelf. The vacuum cleaner should be kept in or near the room you use it the most.

5. Know why you want to get organized.
Are you doing this for yourself and to make your life easier and time saving,or are you doing it because someone told you to or your neighbor is doing it?
In order to do a job 100% to your liking you need to do the job right or not at all. By not having your heart into it, you will get stressed, frustrated, waste money and not have a useable time saving solution to your problem.

6. Set long-term and short-term goals.
What will you be happy with for now? What would you like it to look like by the end of the year? Sometimes doing things a little at a time in order to achieve the higher goal is better.

7. Develop a system for paper, files and bills.
By keeping on top of the paper filing, paying bills and keeping notes you will eliminate 20% of your stress in keeping up a household.

8. Keep your organizing simple.
Always remember to WORK SMARTER-NOT HARDER, take things down to the most simplistic form, it is usually the best way, easiest way and less expensive.

9. Learn how to throw things away or donate them.
Haven't used it in a year? Get rid of it! Doesn't fit or haven't worn it? Get rid of it! Has needed mending for over 6 months? Fix it or Get rid of it! Get the
idea??

10. Plan ahead and learn to save time.
If you know that you will need supplies and you already plan on getting them, make a list before you start your project and go and get everything that you
will need. The job will go much faster because you will be so excited to see what it will look like.

3)Learn how to make your own laundry detergent. This is one of those money saving ideas that will save you more than you think in the long run.

4)Cut out the cable television. Stick with the basic channels, and if you really want to watch a lot of movies subscribe to Netflix.

5)Run the air conditioning and heat as little as possible. Instead use fans in the summer and dress warmly in the winter.

6)Stop buying books, movies, and other things that you only use once or twice before it just starts collecting dust. Use a library instead.

7)Make a grocery list when you go shopping to prevent in polls buying in buying food that will eventually get to waste.

8)Raise your deductibles on car insurance or homeowners insurance.

9)Carpool to work. This is a great way to save money on gas, especially if you have a gas guzzler!

10)Learn how to fix things ourselves. In the long run this is one of the best money saving ideas because things will always eventually and it will be nice if you can fix it yourself.

Frugal Living - 6 Essential Tips..

So you want to become an embodiment of frugal living? You want to save cash, free yourself from the constraints of the evil green and consume less, ultimately making the world a better place?

Â

Well that's fantastic and I applaud you for joining us frugalists. So next step I guess is where can you start... Here are six killer tips to get your new frugal living lifestyle off the ground.

Â

Turn off all lights and unplug all appliances when not in use. You may be amazed at how much cash this will start to save. Even plugged in appliances use a little electricity.... This does not mean you can unplug the fridge when you are not taking food out of it?
Cook in large batches and freeze them in portions to be reheated. Cooking this way saves cash as you can buy bulk items, it saves you time and can ensure you don't splurge and eat out too often. There is a whole movement that follows these ideas and often cooks for a whole month in one go.
Start growing some of your own food. Start with herbs. Basil and mint grow really well by a window with some sunlight. Then move onto some veggies, maybe starting with tomatoes one of the mainstays of my frugal diet! Before you know it half of your home food consumption will be coming from what you grow. Even if you live in an apartment you can grow a substantial amount of food in window boxes or on a balcony.
Eat less! I know this sounds like a stupid thing to say but work it out. How much extra do you eat than you need to? Why eat 2 full turkey sandwiches when one and an apple will be fine. Often we eat because the food is there but smaller quantities will not curb enjoyment and will save money.... oh and maybe a few pounds in the long run too!
Walk, Walk, Walk. Save a few dollars and skip the car / bus / train / metro or tram. Even if you need to go 5 miles, go for it. Work out some other things you can do on the way like going to the post office, picking up some shopping or popping by an old friends house. You will save cash, feel more relaxed and become more efficient. If you need to go further then jump on your bike. A mid priced bike or a good second hand deal can pay for itself in no time at all. Just be safe and wear a helmet!
Organise nights in instead of hitting the bars. Pot lucks, poker nights, football nights in any excuse to have your friends round for some wine and beer on the weekend. Your house will become a fun place to be and you will save a lot of cash in expensive drinks.

Â

These are just a few ideas but there are hundreds, if not thousands of things you can do to cut back on money spending and consumption.

Â

Applying For Sallie Mae Loans - Overlooked Information

One of the most popular things amongst Student College is the educational loans from Sallie Mae. These loans are not only available at low interest rates, but the repayment schemes are also very flexible. This allows people, who have borrowed the loans, to repay it without delays. Sallie Mae student loan applications are available over the internet, in addition to the paper forms.

What is the nice advantage here?

Online student loans provided by Sallie Mae are easy to take since the borrower can fill in all the required information online. Doing this, it is really feasible to save time and energy.

What should you consider before applying for this loan?

However, there are few important instructions to read carefully and follow while filling up student loan applications. Some of the crucial instructions associated with Sallie Mae education loans include:

* In case the repayment term will not be included by the borrower, the lender will automatically fill in a repayment period of three years.

* If an application is not complete, it will not be further processed whatever the reason is.

* It is crucial to be sure that all the blanks and boxes in the form are legibly filled out, since personal details like contact number, address, social security number, and the date of birth are crucial for the loan.

* There is even a new option called the deferred payment scheme. This option permits to make the payment that can be payable for over a year.

What is the other important factor that you should consider?

In addition to the above mentioned aspects of these loans, you might also want to know more about student loan consolidation. This also helps in combining different loan payments under a single Sallie Mae loan. In this context, it is nice to know that Sallie Mae does not inherently provide the option to consolidate, but you do have the option to combine your loans into one loan.

There is some important information to be read carefully before filling the application form like:

* Standard repayment or the deferment repayment choices is essential.

* One can repay the amount anytime without any delay or penalty.

What is there in the application form?

Sallie Mae application form is divided into different sections so that it becomes convenient for the applicants to fill in the form easily. It is better to read carefully all the terms and conditions highlighted at the end of the form to avoid any confusions and mistakes.

So, when you need a nice loan to back up your financial needs just go for a Sallie Mae student loan application and become tension free. In addition, you should check other resources for frugal living tips so that you can save money.

The Safest Way to Spend Cash

Frugal living tips encourage new generations to go back to spending "cash only". However, spending in this mode can sometimes be dangerous. If people only spend this way even in huge amounts of money, they can be an easy prey to thieves abounding the streets in these difficult times. So how can they spend cash in the safest way they can? Read further to know how.

Getting a prepaid debit card account is only the first step in the safest way to spend cash. Why? This is because it can store mounds of money without getting the holder a big target on his back. It has a four-digit PIN feature which thieves would have a hard time cracking; plus money is safely stored at the bank! In case they are still robbed, they can give away the debit card and they are still safe. They only have to report the incident to the bureau within 48 hours and the card account will be cancelled fast. This is a whole lot better than being robbed with pure money in the wallet. See, safest way to bring cash!

Moreover, this card won't get people into debt at all. Unlike credit cards that encourage people on spending cash that they don't own, pre-paid debit cards don't. This is just like spending cash because it can't buy things when the funds are running low. Just imagine wanting to buy a those 0 shoes with only a 0 on the wallet. In using prepaid cards, shoppers can't splurge money in such unaffordable luxuries. Whereas if they are given a credit card account; they can easily swipe it away but pity themselves after when they can't already pay. Late fees, high interests, what a huge mistake to spend money! Prepaid cards only require little transaction fees, but that is way negligible than its ability not to get people into debt.

Another plus in using pre-paid debit cards is its free ATM feature. Yes, its right, the ATM is free! Never again will people pay because of the privilege of using those machines. In case of emergencies, the machine's availability eliminates the process of lining up for withdrawals or having to cash out that check. Not only that, the visa prepaid is widely accepted around the world that merchants allow withdrawals to accompany their purchases. And take note, it is also free!

Stop sticking to spending "cash only" now. There's a safer and flashier way to do that by using a new prepaid debit card account.

Shopping Online is Convenient, Secure & Fun with Online Coupons

Online shopping has become increasingly popular over the years. In times of economic crisis, online shopping definitely has its advantages. One can shop online anytime, whenever it is most convenient to him. He can shop at four in the morning, high noon or at the stroke of midnight. Some stores also offer free shipping for online purchases. Shopping online has been made even better with “Online Coupons ”. Online coupons grant customers rebates or discounts when purchasing a product or service online.

These days, people have realized how important it is to budget money wisely. The younger generation prefers online coupons rather than traditional coupons to save money. Â Traditional coupons are losing their appeal, especially on brand names as it has been shown that people can probably save more money by shopping for store brands. More importantly, traditional coupons are time-consuming, costly and environmentally inefficient.

Online coupons and mobile coupons make sense in today's society and their use is definitely on the rise. In fact, the online coupons industry is in rip-roaring form. Some of the popular products being purchased using online coupons are cereals, baby products, baking ingredients, diet products and more.

Because of stiff competition in the marketplace and the economic atmosphere, coupon codes, promotional codes and online discount codes are a great way for retailers to promote their products. These online coupons gain more customer interest and encourage sales. Online coupons gain traffic to their website and if a customer is pleased with his purchase, there is a possibility for repeat business.

For some people, it's annoying to spend time hunting for good online coupon deals . However, doing so together with your online shopping friends can turn it into a fun event. You save money, learn more about online coupon use and create a network of people that add to your online social life. Your friends will also impart their frugal living tips and let you in on more money saving tips.

If you are keen to hop on the online coupons bandwagon, start by visiting your favorite online stores and do a research for online coupon sites. Do not ignore the smaller online coupons sites as they sometimes offer better savings than the market leaders.

Teenagers More Likely To Use Online Coupons

The tide is turning against traditional coupons. The good old days of mum and pop flipping through newspapers, clipping coupons, organizing them into envelopes or fancy folders are virtually over. To be sure, there are still people who bring their fancy coupon folders along when they go grocery shopping but they are a dying breed. These days, the younger generation prefer online coupons rather than printed coupons to save money.

Traditional coupons are losing their appeal, especially on brand names as it has been shown that you can probably save as much or more money by shopping for store brands. More importantly, printing coupons (whether the manufacturer prints them or you do so) is time-consuming, costly and environmentally inefficient.

Online coupons and mobile coupons make sense in today's society and they are definitely on the rise. In fact, the online coupons industry is in rip-roaring form. One online coupon code site saw a nearly 200% increase in activity in March and there are no signs that this activity slow down anytime soon.

Other sites have reported exploding traffic in the region of five million unique visitors per month. The market leaders in online coupons proudly proclaim monthly coupon values of million in savings to their customers. Some of the popular products being purchased using online coupons are cereal, baby products, baking ingredients, diet products and yogurt.

Besides the obvious benefit of saving money, online coupons also provide a chance for you to become a member of the online shopping community. You are good to go after setting up a profile, after which you can connect with other like-minded people who fancy online coupons. Life-long friendships can be forged as you share common interests, even if you don't meet these friends in real life.

For some people, it's annoying to spend time hunting for good online coupon deals. However, doing so together with your online shopping friends turn it into a fun event.

Closed On Saturdays: 5 Ways You Can Give Value Where Others Won't

If you want to be successful at internet web marketing, you must provide value to your prospects. Here is some online marketing info you need to know.

Our children were up before the sun paled the eastern horizon... didn't they know it was Saturday? Following a normal breakfast, I went about my work in the kitchen when it took me by surprise. The dishwasher was already half loaded. Now typically, whenever we do this, we have to run the water for about two minutes to make it nice and hot. After 5 minutes of running the water, I noticed something: the water was not hot yet. Hmmmm…I thought about our water, which is heated with propane gas. Were we out of propane? I turned one of our gas stove knobs on high. The blue flames barely stayed lit. A fact-finding trip to our propane tank outside brought my husband back with grim news. Still needing showers and being the start of a weekend, we had a little crisis on our hands.

You might not think 9am is early on a Saturday, but some do and we needed to make some calls. We started doing an internet search for propane businesses and decided that it wouldn't be too early to make calls. Even though it was a three-day weekend, we hoped to find a business open until at least noon.

We left messages on machines and with answering services wherever we could. I began to strategize a very fast, and very cold shower. Not a nice thing to think about in February…

A broader online search brought new results. Many calls later, we were still without service on a Saturday. I altered my search a bit and came up with a listing of propane companies that I had not seen on the internet. As I called company after company, my hope faltered. The last number on the list had no address and no website, so I almost didn't call. My hope was like the sputtering flames of the propane stove as it rang once, then twice. Then...

"Hello?" It was a man on the phone.

I asked, "Are you open today?"

"Yes. Where do you need it delivered?"

His reply gave me my hope back. My husband looked over from leaving a message with another company and I gave him a big smile.

It turns out that the propane company was a bit far from our area and that their normal delivery for our area wouldn't be until Monday…unless we paid an extra fee. I assured him the extra cost was not a problem. To avoid the cold shower I would gladly pay a little extra.

While we waited for him to come over, I daydreamed about how good it would to take a hot, steamy shower. In just a few hours, our day had gone back to the routine and we no longer worried about our propane.

To ensure we have propane, we are going to do two things: monitor our propane tank's guage and give the same man business the next time. We'll give him our business and refer him to others, even though it cost us extra this time. He was someone who did something no one else was willing to do - provide service on a Saturday.

What service do you provide that sets you apart? Do you give some value that your leads will appreciate?

Think about the value you get from others. What makes you their loyal customer and helps you to remember them? We get frugal living tips from a realtor through his newsletter. He is branding himself with this simple bit of value, and potential clients will remember him at buying time.

In a down economy, a lot of people turn to entrepreneurial ventures. The entrepreneurs who offer good value to others and go out of their way to do more, will flourish. Customers are loyal to those who give great value.

When we were still newbies in the online marketing world, it was difficult to know what value we could offer. We didn't know much about online marketing and we didn't consider ourselves experts. We hadn't even been very successful with our own home business. What did we have to offer to people that others couldn't? Now we have a lot more to give and we're sure that you have value to give your list, too.

Here are Five tips on how you can provide value:

1. First understand what your potential client wants. Know what your clients want and what they don't want, then give them what they want. Be the leader who solves their problems.
2. Think about your own talents and experience. What strengths do you possess? What are you good at? You might have to ask someone who is around your a lot. Others might see strengths you never recognized.
3. Research the Internet to see where others are already filling niches. Come up with original ideas on how to provide value in a niche that is not already heavily filled. It'll be better for you to minimize the competition by filling a sparsely poplulated niche.
4. Establish a website that fits your chosen niche. If you don't have a lot of money to spend on designing your website, you can usually find someone to help you with it for less than a few hundred dollars. At www.elance.com, you'll find website designers along with many other service you may find helpful. You can also purchase easily customizable WordPress themes at wordpress.org. Online tutorials to help you with the wordpress themed website are easy to find.
5. Start populating your website with good content. When writing content, make sure you are unique and that you have fun with it! But be sure to provide the great value that others expect to find. The purpose of your website should be to provide the information and products that will help resolve your prospects' problems. Be "customer-oriented" and try to create each post with an end goal in mind of helping someone else.

I've joined many other people's lists. My favorite is one who really stands out for originality, but he always give great value. One thing he does is tell his list that they can succeed, and that they are of great worth as individuals. And the things he writes are often very entertaining. I always look forward to his e-mails and open all of them. He combines his unique style with a niche that is not heavily marketed online. Last but not least, he brands himself by taking a stand on issues and not being shy about his position.

When you take a stand, some people might be offended at something you write or say. That's okay. They aren't your best clients anyway. Let them go. But don't be offensive just to set yourself apart. This world can be very politically correct and as hard as it is to take a stand, it is refreshing and many people will admire you for it.

You have exactly what some people need, and are waiting for. Get out there and shine.

Work at Home

Starting a work at home business can be the best life choice you have ever made. Before I started my work from home business venture, I decided that I was going to investigate several different work at home programs and companies to root out the legitimate business opportunities from the fraudulent ones. I was dismayed at the number of programs that had poor work at home business models, out-dated information, broken links on their website, almost no customer support, and no chance to ever make money online. Please check on the reliability of the business offering or the work at home opportunity before sending any money. The Internet is filled with work at home businesses that claim you can make money working at home easily and fast. A work at home career is not some pie-in-the-sky dream, but a real way to create a real job, a real way to make money working for yourself from your own home. Real work at home ideas are not only web based, they include ideas such as landscape design, catering, event planning, and others where an internet site may not even be necessary to be successful. Do some self discovery, then decide what work at home ideas or jobs you might be ready for. Ask yourself some important questions: Are you really ready to have your own work at home business.

I joined, spent the money and gave the work from home based business opportunities a try. Some of these work at home businesses are not only legitimate, but may be extremely profitable. Social networking your Home Business If you are looking for new ways to market your online business, then it is time to start socializing online by getting active on social media web sites. Operating a home-based business is just like any other business it requires hard work, skill, good products or services, and time to make a profit. Ask your local zoning board if there are any restrictions on operating a business from your home. Almost half of all self employed workers and more than 60 percent of those with home-based businesses indicated the main reason for working at home was because their business is conducted from home.

Choose you’re perfect Client when you are getting started in business, you may think that any client is a good one. Personalize your Virtual Services: Technology is a wonderful thing for the service-based business owner. Go the Extra Mile for your Clients: If you run a service-based business, you know that keeping your customers happy is extremely important. Blogging for your Service Business: Blogging is a very popular hobby for Internet lovers. But did you know that a blog is a great way to promote your service business. Maintain a professional image from Home: When you have a home-based business, you have to work extra hard to make sure you are taken seriously. Find support, parenting tips, home business information, discussion forums and frugal living tips.

Online Income is perfect for stay at home moms, students, retired, or anyone interested in honest legitimate part time work at home. Anyone victimized by work-at-home offers over the Internet can file a complaint online or off-line with their Better Business Bureau. If the notion to make money online with a home based business opportunity starts to peek your interest, go for it, you have very little to lose. When you have decided which business you prefer register online and start earning an income from home starting today. You can make money filling out paid surveys online, typing jobs at home, or even selling real products for which you make a commission. If someone had told me 15 years ago that I'd be working online I would have called Them crazy. You can start part time, work when you want and do it all from your home online.

Anyone with the will to succeed, and the determination to earn money online safely and legitimately is welcome. Other people are making money online, why aren't you. I've been quietly making a nice living from home, working mostly online, for the past few years. A good way to make money online is by selling e-books and software with Master Resale Rights. When you’re considering starting an online home based business, be sure to carefully research the opportunity thoroughly before you begin so you make sure you aren’t taken for an unfortunate ride. In fact, so many people are starting their own work at home based businesses that, by the time you are done reading this sentence, someone in the world will have started an online business that is ran entirely from their home or found a work at home job. I do not have a regular job because my entire income is made online from my home based business.

This is a great opportunity to work flexible hours around your busy schedule. This is a great opportunity for mothers to stay home with the kids. If you are one of the ever-increasing numbers of individuals who are fortunate enough to be able to work at home, you have a golden opportunity that your corporate office counterparts probably do not. Working from home is often a low risk business opportunity. Please research any opportunity that you may be considering. If you consider what you truly enjoy doing, you’ll find a business opportunity that is a good fit with your lifestyle and interests. The essence of entrepreneurship is the ability to spot an opportunity and the willingness to go after it despite the risks.

Work at home promoting affiliate programs, nearly everyone working from home on the Internet has a web site. Finding work at home can become a long drawn out ordeal with no guarantee of employment. You need to know that you can also earn multiple streams of income by working with more than one work at home business at a time. Get advice from others, read articles about working at home, find a work at home job and chat with others. Working at home is the perfect home business opportunity to create more money for your family, Work at home and set your own hours.

The Work at Home Center allows job seekers to search for jobs that enable them to work from home, as well as advice to help them start their own home-based business. The Work at Home Center offers non-traditional work opportunities for job seekers that want the flexibility to work from home or entrepreneurs who want to start their own business. Begin your work at home search now. More and more people are opting to work from home; making work at home jobs a viable option for employers as well. And if you're able to keep yourself motivated and focused, work at home jobs may be the direction for you. Apply online and enjoy great pay, fun work and flexible hours.
